Please join us for an interactive forum designed to identify top priorities and take first steps to improve behavioral health* in Montgomery County.
The Montgomery County Behavioral Health and Suicide Prevention Task Force, Mosaics of Mercy, NAMI of Greater Houston, Tri-County Behavioral Healthcare, and other partners working to promote behavioral health in Montgomery County have worked hard to co-design a forum that will engage all participants and lead to meaningful outcomes. To optimize our time together, we are gathering some key information prior to the forum through this survey. Please complete the survey no later than September 9th, 2022 (extended from August 31, 2022). We’re looking forward to seeing you on September 20!
